Refund Policy

Refunds are given at owners discretion, based off of conditions the refund was requested. Measures are in place to prevent purchases that would be accidentally made, but other factors may lead to a refund. More on the refund policy can be found in the Client Agreement. 

Acceptable Reasons

Refunds due to factors that are uncontrollable will be issued in full. 

Other refunds, due to a no-show, or the client is in fault, will be issued, but a $50 retainer fee will be kept by Marge's Media LLC. 

Weather

Weather is something that we cannot control, and if a reschedule is not an option, a full refund will be issued. 

Emergencies

Life happens. If something comes up, communication is key, a full refund will be issued if rescheduling is not an option.

Lack of communication (pending circumstances) may lead to the $50 retainer fee to be held by the company.

No-Show

No-talk, No-show, is unacceptable, and a $50 retainer fee will be applied upon refund. Rscheduling would entail purchasing a new package / a $50 fee. 

Other

Other circumstances are expected to be communicated. Refunds are issued at owner's discretion. Communication will likely be your best bet when it comes to getting a full refund.
